Climate Impact Atlas

How deep will my area be flooded? Does the flood-prone area accommodate any vulnerable functions? Should I start reckoning with soil subsidence? For how many weeks a year should I expect heat stress in the future? The Climate Impact Atlas provides tools for answering these kinds of questions.

The Atlas provides an initial impression of the (future) threats of flooding, waterlogging, drought, and heat in your area. The zoom function allows you to zoom in on your own municipality.

The Atlas is based on national data and provides an indication of the order of magnitude of the potential impact on an area. Use of the Atlas is free. It is a logical point of departure for conducting a climate stress test. In addition to local and regional governments, the Atlas is of relevance for, e.g., educational establishments, students, businesses, and residents.
